Plain English: Use the app for your barbershop, don't abuse it, and you're good. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple and can be cancelled anytime.
By downloading, installing, or using Walk-In Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Carlos Canales grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business barbershop management purposes.
You may not:
Walk-In Tracker offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with full functionality. Free includes 1 barber profile, walk-in and walk-out tracking, and 7 days of history. Pro features require an active subscription.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
All data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device. You own your data entirely. We have no access to it and it is never transmitted to any external server. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
You agree to use the App only for lawful barbershop management purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Carlos Canales and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARLOS CANALES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of McLennan County, Texas.
These Terms are between you and Carlos Canales only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
