Walk-In Tracker ("the App") is a barbershop management tool developed by Carlos Canales. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

We take your privacy seriously. The App is built on a local-first principle: your business data stays on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No account creation is required
• No name, email, or contact information is collected
• No location data is accessed or stored
• No analytics or crash reporting services are embedded
• No advertising identifiers are used

3. Data You Enter in the App

All data you input — including barber names, walk-in counts, walk-out counts, and shop name — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage using Apple's standard on-device data storage.

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not synced to any cloud service
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App

4. Subscription Purchases

Walk-In Tracker offers optional Pro subscriptions processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

5. Local Notifications

The App may send local notifications to remind you to start tracking at the beginning of your shift. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or data transmission.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

6. Third-Party Services

Walk-In Tracker does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only third-party interaction is Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control at all times. To delete all data associated with Walk-In Tracker, simply uninstall the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
